These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Minty’'s service.
By accessing our service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Minty if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this App and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Your restrictions and responsibilities
You warrant, represent and agree that you will not contribute any Content or otherwise use (or encourage anyone else to use) the Services in a manner that:
infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or other rights of any other third party;
violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
is harmful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, deMintyatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by Minty;
jeopardizes the security of your account in any way, such as allowing someone else access to your account or password;
attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;
violates the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes;
runs Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder or "spam" on the Services, or any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged into the Services, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Services (including by placing an unreasonable load on the Services' infrastructure);
"crawls," "scrapes," or "spiders" any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Services or Content (through use of manual or automated means);
copies or stores any significant portion of the Content;
decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Services (or the products of Minty's third party service providers).
Minty reserves the right to terminate access of any third party application or service to our published or unpublished APIs.
Minty reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if we receive claims or allegations from individuals, companies or authorities relating to that Content or if Minty is concerned that you may have breached the foregoing restrictions), or for no reason at all. You, not Minty, remain solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise provide using, or in connection with, the Services, and you warrant that you possess all rights necessary to provide such Content to Minty and to grant Minty the rights to use such information as provided herein.
You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access, or otherwise use the Services, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, and long distance or local telephone service. You will be responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Services. You will be responsible for withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with the Services.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you terminate or cancel the subscription. When you purchase a subscription, your Payment Method will continue to be billed monthly in advance within 24 hours of the date of the initial purchase at the price you agreed to when initially subscribing. Your card payment information will be stored and subsequently used for the automatic card payments in accordance with the Agreement.
No refunds (whether in full or in part) will be given for any unutilized expired credits (regardless of whether you were given the credits as a gift or purchased the credits for monetary consideration or otherwise).
In order to access certain premium features of the Minty App, a paid subscription is required. In order for you to subscribe to the premium features of the Minty App, you would have to sign up via AppStore or GooglePlay (whichever is applicable). Accordingly, when you decide to terminate your paid subscription to the Minty App or your account for the Minty App, you must terminate your paid subscription via AppStore or GooglePlay (whichever is applicable). Minty bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever if you fail to terminate your paid subscription via AppStore or GooglePlay (whichever is applicable) and you agree that you will continue to pay all charges incurred until you terminate your paid subscription as per the aforegoing.
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Minty, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Minty's Privacy Policy.
Most interactive Apps use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our App to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our App. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Unless otherwise stated, Minty and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Minty. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Minty for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Our Terms and Conditions were created with the help of the Terms And Conditions Generator and the Privacy Policy Generator.
Parts of this App offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the App. Minty does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the App. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Minty,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Minty shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this App.
Minty reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
You are entitled to post the Comments on our App and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
The Comments do not contain any deMintyatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant Minty a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
The following organizations may link to our App without prior written approval:
Government agencies;
Search engines;
News organizations;
System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our App.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other App information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:
commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
dot.com community sites;
News organizations;
associations or other groups representing charities;
online directory distributors;
internet portals;
accounting, law and consulting firms; and
educational institutions and trade associations.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our App, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Minty. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our App, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our App as follows:
By use of our corporate name; or
By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
By use of any other description of our App being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.
No use of Minty's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our App.
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your App. No link(s) should appear on any App that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our App. You approve to immediately remove all links to our App upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. If you find any link on our App that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment.
